A 5 story (4 stories wood on 1 story concrete podium). The first floor consists of a shelter and support spaces. Floor 2 houses five 3-bedroom apartments. Floors 3 & 4 supports men's shelter beds (120) and women's shelter beds (30), HIV residents (14), common toilets, showers, and support spaces. Floor 5 includes efficiency living studio units.
